Adams Brown has merged with VonFeldt, Bauer & VonFeldt (VBV), with offices in Manhattan and Larned, effective Nov. 1, 2023. This strategic acquisition allows the Wichita-based accounting, audit, tax, advisory and technology consulting firm to expand its footprint across Kansas, bringing the total number of offices to 12 in Kansas and two in Arkansas.
The entire VonFeldt leadership team, including Aaron VonFeldt, CPA, Houston Pierce, Aaron Koehn, CPA, Sarah Johnson, CPA and Kathy Couchman, CPA will join Adams Brown in similar leadership roles.
VBV has been in business for more than 40 years and serves a variety of audit, tax and accounting clients. Their client makeup overlaps cohesively with many Adams Brown industry specializations, including agriculture, construction, healthcare, municipalities, manufacturing and closely-held business.
