The Pawnee County Neighborhood Revitalization Program is designed to encourage new housing, commercial and industrial development, expansion and remodeling through this property tax rebate program.

This plan includes all of Pawnee County & the Cities of: Larned, Garfield, Burdett and Rozel the Townships of Keysville, Sawmill, and Browns Cove.

The Neighborhood Tax Rebate Plan is available to anyone wanting to do either new construction or major renovation either in the commercial area or at a residence. Qualifying for the Neighborhood Revitalization Program is based on an increase in assessed valuation.  This is a five-year program with a 95% tax rebate for the first three years, 80% in year 4, and 70% in year 5.
